one of the worst things that can happen
to an entrepreneur like me happened TWICE in the
past week!
YES, I am talking about losing an income stream.
While I don't get fanatic about it I do like
to have 3-7 income streams paying me when I am not
working. If one goes down I look to replace it.
Here is what happened.
I am in a passive income program that has been paying
daily like clockwork for a little less than a year.
All of a sudden withdraws stop. I am told the account
was hacked. True or not my income of a little less than
$2,000 per month is now gone, toast!
Next an associate sent me a program by a visible trader,
the guy is on linked in etc. doing facebook lives you know
giving people a good warm and fuzzy feeling.
This sucks people in because they get a false sense of
security
by seeing someone live. They figure it must be real
and safe. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Scammers these days have become more sophisiticated
in how they scam people.
I dont get married to any of these programs but figured
it was worth a $1000 risk, so I deposited.
Literally 24 hours later all the accolades stopped
because the guru visible trader (who may have simply been a
paid
actor) decided he wanted to changed the program and
shut it down. OUCH!
I lost $1000 in less than 24 hours. Now there is a bunch
of jazz about refunds etc. I am sure I will turn blue
in the face waiting for that.
So what is the moral of the story in all of this?
A) NEVER put all of your eggs in one basket no matter how
good the program seems to be or how many times you have been
paid.
B) Keep diviersivied in 3-7 programs that you do NOT have
to recruit or sponsor to earn in.
C) Both programs required you to deposit into their
accounts,
create passwords login to a back office, request withdraws
etc.
I am now partial to more decentralized programs such as
smart contracts
run with integrity. I invite you to look at one that
I have consulted on for the past year.
It's not as popular as many others because it doesn't pay
the unsustainable

paying long
after many of the others are gone.
