How is that possible?
The downlinebuilder has one matrix in which all members are placed. The admin is on the first level in the matrix, his direct referrals on the second level and so on. When new programs are entered into the downlinebuilder, each level of the matrix has 2 days to join the program, before the people on the next level of the matrix can join.
This way you always have 2 days to join a new program, before your direct referrals can join it.
